Everest Luxury trek Nepal
Venturing into the cradle of the world's highest peak doesn't always entail strenuous climbs or arduous trails. Spanning over 12 immersive days, this Lower Everest Luxury Trek fuses the charm of the Everest region's untouched landscapes with the solace of luxury accommodations. It's a refreshing blend of comfort and adventure, making the trekking experience both indulgent and thrilling.
The trek will take you all the way through the legendary Khumbu Everest region that offers miraculous views and the vigorous villages and ancient monasteries are captivating and encourage explorations.
Upon arrival at Kathmandu, our representative will welcome you and accompany you to your hotel. After you've settled in, we'll gather for a detailed briefing about the trip.
Your stay in Kathmandu will be in a 5-star luxury hotel that ensures a comfortable experience with spacious rooms and state-of-the-art amenities. During the Lower Luxury Everest Trek, you'll be accommodated in high-end lodges, offering a blend of comfort, local culture, and stunning Himalayan views. These lodges are built with local materials, combining traditional and contemporary designs for a tasteful ambiance.
The dining facilities at these lodges serve gourmet meals, prepared with fresh local ingredients, encompassing Nepali, Indian, and international cuisines. A variety of drinks, including tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and bottled water, are available throughout the trek. However, to prevent illness, only drink bottled or boiled water provided by the lodges. If you purchase bottled water, remember to recycle or carry out the plastic to combat the region's plastic waste issue.
Here are a few things to know before you plan for your trek to Everest View Luxury Trek.
The dry and clear weather during spring (March to May) and autumn (September to November) make the best seasons for the trek as they offer stunning views of the mountains.
The weight allowance on domestic airlines (for your flight to Lukla) is 15 kg (including carry-on). It's recommended to only pack the essentials. The porters carry luggage only, so your personal items (required during the trek) should be carried in a separate day pack.

You'll require Sagarmatha National Park Permit, TIMS (Trekkers' Information Management System) Card, and the Everest Region Permit. The cost of acquiring these are included in the package.
It's highly advised to obtain travel insurance and emergency evacuation coverage. This can protect you financially and provide aid in case of unexpected emergencies like accidents, illness, or natural disasters. Your travel insurance should ideally cover emergency medical expenses, trip cancellations or interruptions, and baggage loss or theft. Likewise, emergency evacuation coverage should include the costs of medical evacuation, possibly by helicopter, in case of severe injury or illness. It's crucial to carefully review your insurance policy to ensure it adequately covers your trek and to understand any terms, conditions, deductibles, or exclusions. Opt for a reliable insurance provider offering a 24-hour emergency hotline, and keep a copy of your insurance policy and emergency contact details handy during the trek.
The road transport inside the Kathmandu valley will be via private vehicle. The roads, for the most part, are smooth. The 20-minute domestic flight to Lukla offers a scenic view of the Himalayas. You'll be walking approximately 4-5 hours daily on a gradually ascending trail, which is well-maintained, making it relatively easier than other trails.
This trek, while less demanding than the conventional Everest Base Camp trek, requires moderate level of physical fitness and mental readiness. The trek reaches a peak altitude of 3,880 meters, so you should be mindful of potential altitude sickness. The itinerary allows adequate time to proper acclimatization, however, it's important to inform as soon as possible, in case of difficulty. You'll be hiking for 7 days for 2-6 hours on a variety of terrains, including steep inclines, rocky paths, and potential snow or ice. Therefore, we recommend you train for the trek with cardiovascular exercises, strength training, and hikes with weighted backpacks. Mental resilience and positivity are also crucial to navigate potential challenges like changing weather and altitude sickness, ensuring a fulfilling trekking experience.
The luxury trek ensures accommodation in the best hotels, resorts & lodges for a pleasant trekking experience. It’s the best way to experience the thrill of trekking without compromising on comfort.
The hotels & lodges during the trek provide charging options, however, you may be required to pay an additional charge in some place.
While most areas of the Luxury Everest View Trek have internet and mobile network coverage, it may be spotty or unreliable in remote areas. Many trekking route lodges offer Wi-Fi, although the connection can vary, and some may charge additional fees. For guaranteed internet access, consider bringing a portable Wi-Fi hotspot or satellite phone. Local SIM cards, available in Kathmandu and other major Nepalese cities, provide additional connectivity options. The primary mobile network providers in Nepal are Ncell and Nepal Telecom; compare their rates and coverage to find the best plan for your needs.
The lodges provide a harmonious blend of comfort, luxury, and authentic local experiences. The rooms are spacious, furnished with plush bedding, and facilitated with modern bathroom features. The pinnacle of this trek is a stay at the renowned Hotel Everest View, ranked among Nepal's finest accommodations. This hotel boasts luxurious rooms equipped with modern amenities, en-suite bathrooms, and cozy beds, along with a top-notch restaurant that offers gourmet meals coupled with breathtaking views of the Himalayas.
Most lodges along the trek feature en-suite bathrooms equipped with hot showers and Western-style toilets. However, it's worth noting that round-the-clock hot water supply may not be guaranteed, and some lodges might levy additional charges for the usage of hot showers.
The Lower Everest Luxury Trek isn't merely a journey through the fabled landscapes of Everest, it's a doorway to experiencing the Himalayas in opulence. It's an opportunity to immerse yourself in a journey that's as luxurious as it is adventurous..
